Furniture has always been the area with most consumer complaints. According to the 2021 analysis report on complaints received by the National Consumers Association and released on the official website of the China Consumers Association, the number of furniture complaints nationwide in 2021 will be 21,491, ranking sixth in specific commodity categories, with a year-on-year increase of 14.13%. The volume of furniture-related consumer complaints remains high, and there is no trend to ease.
